June 28th -Saturday at 6:30 pm:  Family Movie Night!!  Facing the Giants will be shown.  Free snacks, popcorn, and fellowship!  Invite a friend or two, especially if they don't already have a church home.
 

Opportunities to Share Your Story
 The upcoming sermon series will be on “Facing the Giants in Your Life.”  We would like for someone to share a short (3-5 minute) testimony each week on how God has helped you in one of the following areas:  fear, guilt, temptation, doubt, discouragement, loneliness, anger, resentment, jealousy, worry, procrastination, or failure.  Contact Kerrie if you would be willing to share in one of our services.

Five Love Languages

Did you know you have a love language?  That’s right!  Everyone does and knowing it can help you get along better with your spouse, mate, friends, and your children.  Even if you’re single – don’t worry, discovering your love language can help you better understand yourself and express yourself in any relationship.  If this sounds interesting to you then join us on Sunday June 29th, 3-5pm for a humorous and fun-filled discovery of learning the 5 Love Languages with world-renowned psychologist, pastor, author, and speaker Dr. Gary Chapman.  This will be a great evening you won’t want to miss and childcare will be provided.  Sign-up at the Welcome Table.

Water for July 4th--We will be passing out water in Hope Mills for the July 4th celebration.  We need your help--could you donate some cases of water?  Whenever you go to the grocery store, just pick up some bottled water of your choice, and bring it to the church.  Thanks! 
 

 

 

Join us for Vacation Bible School!

July 21-25 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm will be our “Cactus Canyon” Vacation Bible School.  Parents can register their children by completing a form located at the bulletin board in the KidZone hallway or contacting the church office.  There will also be an adult class offered this year.  Please contact the church office or let someone at the welcome table know if you’d like to help in this ministry.
